Offering superior customer service is the best way to sustain and grow your business or product and service lines. During the boom years it was often neglected in favour of chasing the dollar. Including it as part of your 2010 strategic and operational plans and implementation should be a key feature of your thinking.

I would say that it should be instilled in the mindset and actions of the organisation, whether large or small.
